Spring/Summer Service:Focused on your cooling system, this visit includes a full system tune-up, condenser coil cleaning/rinsing as needed, inspection of the blower compartment and blower wheel, refrigerant and airflow checks, electrical inspection, drain-line check, and overall cooling performance verification.
Fall/Winter Service: Focused on your heating system, this visit includes a complete heating-system inspection, burner and ignition checks, safety-control testing, blower and airflow inspection, electrical checks, venting inspection, and overall heating performance verification. Heat-pump systems will also receive appropriate outdoor-unit inspection and cleaning as needed.
Each visit also includes a 25-point inspection to identify potential issues before they become costly repairs, ensuring your system is always performing at its best.
